If these allegations are true, Harper, O’Connor and Hillier could all be found guilty of an offence against the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act ( 2000, c. 24 ), in which case writings should be directed to the Attorney General of Canada.

We should be treating every prisoner as we would have our soldiers treated if they are captured. We should not stoop to the “so -called enemy’s practice of torturing or rendering, no matter what Bush recommends to us!
